How can you ask us to pick! I love coriander in a curry with coconut milk. at the moment we are using a lot of thyme. Parsley is the cook's standby. But I love 'em all! By the way, I am loving the history series.
Well, you already covered Rosemary, so my other faves are scented geraniums, especially peppermint scented geraniums. The fragrance is great when you have a headache.
Very nice choice! I love scented geraniums as well! I am planning on eventually discussing them, if I can find any juicy historical gossip about them! Thanks Auntie Stef!
My choice is lemon grass. I use it for cooking dishes such as curries, deep fried chicken and tomyam. I can also make lemon grass ginger iced tea with honey. I like the smell of its leaves. It is supposed to drive away mosquitoes too.
All very good choices! I do love the smell of lemongrass as well! I am very glad that we all don't actually have to choose just one herb to live with, since there are so many great ones! For me, I do love rosemary and cloves.
Pineapple sage (Salvia elegans). Mostly 'cause it's pretty, but also it smells nice.
